This Service Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which Webdotedit provides digital technology services to clients. This agreement sets out the scope of work, responsibilities, payment terms, project delivery process, and other key conditions related to our services.

By engaging with Webdotedit for any service, the client agrees to the terms mentioned in this agreement.

1. Introduction

Webdotedit provides professional digital solutions including:

• Mobile Application Development
• eCommerce Development
• UI/UX Design
• Digital Marketing & SEO
• AI & Machine Learning Solutions
• Cloud & DevOps Services
• Cyber Security Solutions
• Software Development
• Marketplace & Business Onboarding Services

This Service Agreement applies to all projects unless Webdotedit and the client sign a separate written agreement.

2. Project Scope of Work

The project scope will be defined based on the approved proposal, requirements document, and discussions between Webdotedit and the client.

The scope may include:

• Design and development requirements
• Features and functionalities
• Third-party integrations
• Content requirements
• Delivery milestones
• Final deliverables

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Project Planning & Requirements

Before project commencement, the client must provide all required information, including:

• Business details
• Branding materials
• Content, images, and media
• Technical requirements
• Access credentials where required

Webdotedit will begin development after receiving sufficient project information and confirmation from the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be finalized before starting the project.

General payment conditions:

• Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
• Development work may begin after receiving the required advance payment.
• Delayed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licenses, APIs, plugins, or software subscriptions are not included unless mentioned in the proposal.

5. Project Timeline & Delivery

Webdotedit will provide estimated timelines based on project complexity and requirements.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• Delayed client feedback
• Missing content or approvals
• Additional feature requests
• Third-party service delays

Webdotedit will keep the client informed about project progress and important milestones.

6. Design & Development Process

Our standard workflow includes:

Requirement Analysis

Understanding business goals, audience, and project objectives.

Planning & Design

Creating layouts, user experience plans, and design concepts.

Development

Building the website, application, or digital solution according to approved requirements.

Testing & Review

Checking functionality, compatibility, performance, and quality.

Final Delivery

Launching the approved final product after completion.

7. Client Review & Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing project progress, designs, and deliverables within the agreed timeframe.

Approval delays may impact project schedules.

Once a milestone or final deliverable is approved, major changes may be treated as additional work.

8. Revisions & Changes

Webdotedit provides revisions according to the agreed project scope.

Additional revisions, redesigns, feature additions, or changes after approval may require:

• Additional development time
• Additional charges
• Updated timelines

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Provide required materials on time
• Review and approve deliverables promptly
• Maintain ownership rights for provided content
• Ensure provided materials do not violate third-party rights

Webdotedit is not responsible for delays caused by client-side dependencies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

After complete payment, ownership rights of final approved deliverables will be transferred according to the agreed terms.

Webdotedit retains ownership of:

• Internal development processes
• Frameworks and reusable components
• General technical knowledge
• Proprietary tools and methods

Webdotedit may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement prevents it.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Business information
• Project details
• Technical information
• Client data

Confidential information will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services including:

• Hosting providers
• Payment gateways
• APIs
• Plugins
• Software platforms
• Marketing tools

Webdotedit is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing updates, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

13. Website Maintenance & Support

Maintenance and support services are provided only if included in the agreed proposal or purchased separately.

Support may include:

• Security updates
• Bug fixes
• Performance improvements
• Technical assistance
• Feature enhancements

14. Cancellation Policy

Either party may request project cancellation.

In case of cancellation:

• Completed work will be chargeable.
• Advance payments may not be refundable for completed milestones or reserved resources.
• Third-party expenses are non-refundable.

Final settlement will depend on the project stage and completed work.

15. Warranty & Support

Webdotedit ensures that delivered solutions meet the agreed requirements.

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Unauthorized modifications
• Third-party changes
• Hosting problems
• Client-side errors
• External platform updates

16. Limitation of Liability

Webdotedit will not be responsible for:

• Loss of business opportunities
• Revenue loss
• Data loss caused by external factors
• Third-party service failures
• Unforeseen technical issues beyond reasonable control

17. Agreement Updates

Webdotedit reserves the right to update this Service Agreement when required.

Updated versions will be published with the revised date.
